We have suspended donations until after our sale on Saturday, September 14, 10-1.Please speak to the librarian to schedule future donations.

With all the kids going back to school we have resources here at the library to help with school projects. We also have free WiFi and 2 computers that can be used.

We had a great story hour this week. We took story hour outside this week. Come check us out next week.

This week we worked on the alphabet and animals. We read two books “Snail Crossing” and “Animalphabet” then colored pictures of animals.

With summer coming to a close just wanted to give a quick reminder about our summer programs. Bikes for Books last day for submitting their book list is 8/21. End of Smokey Bear Challenge and adult/YA summer reading challenge will be on 8/24 and will announce winners of bikes for books at the gathering on

This week we read one book and built little sail boats. We read Row, Row, Row Your Boat by Jane Cabrera. Hope to see you next week.

We still have passes available for the Gray Wildlife Park. Gray Wildlife Park is open through October so there is still plenty of time to use your passes!!! Ask the library staff for more details.

This week was a big hit. We read Sun Dance Water Dance and Hello Sun. The children also made little suns. See you next week.

This month the cabinet display is antique bottles from Tammy Pike’s collection. Swing in and see all the different ones!

This weeks story hour was all about berries. We ate blueberries as a snack and drew pictures of them. These are the books we read today! The book Blueberries for Sal was written by an author from Maine. See you next week!
