This week we had 3 kids and 3 adults for our Thursday morning story hour. They colored an Easter picture. Then went outside to find colored eggs with stickers in them!

This weeks story hour was about wheels! We sang Wheels on the Bus using the book by Flying Frog publishing. We also looked at the huge wheels in Monster Trucks on the Move by Kristen Nelson and read Wheels! by Annie Cobb. We also enjoyed Little Blue Truck Makes a Friend by Alice Schertle. Then we
Robin Hobb throughs you into the Rain Wilds following two points of view. In the Rain Wilds we follow the characters down their individual paths to becoming Dragon Keepers. This is the first book in a trilogy and it pulls you in for the other books to follow the dragons. Only down side is this

This week we read Go Away, Big Green Monster by Ed Emberly; Brown Bear, Brown Bear by Bill Martin and Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. We colored caterpillars and butterflies and played with blocks and the flannel board.
This weeks story hour books were; Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you see?; Row, Row, Row Your Boat; An Island in the Sun; Breathe. The children also played with the felt board we have.
